Mission of the CTC Debate Society

Church Teachers' College Debate Society exist to:

Promote a culture of debating in its immediate environs and beyond.

Promote the British Parliamentary Style of Debating in its immediate environs and beyond.

Develop debaters who are skilled, flexible and competent in the art of debating.

Develop debaters who will promote the art of debating within their environs.

Promote debating as an effective mode of solving problems, resolve issues and influence change.
