Executive Body

Kenroy Davis is the President of the Debating Society. He was first exposed to the British Parliament Debate Style in 2013. From then, he began to take it seriously by learning all he can about the BP style and then use what he learnt in debating competitions. He started his journey as being a Prime Minister and has been doing exceedingly well, however because of the BP style he has being forced to play other positions such as Government Member and Government Whip. He has never won a debating title, however he has been growing in the art of debating and hope that he will one day be a champion. He is actively spreading the BP style of debating in his immediate circle and use the knowledge that he knows to train new members of the debating society.  He is a Mathematics and Science student and he enjoys, reading, writing, debating and watching movies.

Demalya Matthews is the Vice President of the Debating and is a second year student. She was first exposed to the BP style of debating in her freshman year. She has grown into an excellent debater and has come to love the position of Government Whip. She enjoys summarizing the debate and showing viciforously why her team's arguments are superiors to her opponents. She has wonderdul potential and will someday be a force to be reckoned with. She specialises in primary education and enjoys singing and debating.

Tevin Cameron is the secretary of the Debating Society. He has always have an interest in debating but have officially started his debating journey in 2015. From that point he seeks every oppurtunity to grow in the art of debating and use his knowledge of social issues well. He does Social Studies and History and he enjoys singing, debating, and music.

Shaniece Francis is the assistant secretary. She is very new to the BP debating style but has suffucient knowledge of the rules and what would be expected if she is called upon to debate. She has yet to participate in an external competition but in the mean stime, she is developing her skills and expertise in debating. Her interest in debating is quite overwhelming and will one day be a wonderful debater if she continues. She is a Mathematics major and she enjoys singing and debating.

Jason Samuels is the Treasurer of the Debate Society. He has never participated in an external debate competition but he has a lot of interest in debating. He will always lend his support to the team in any way possible. He is a Physics major and he enjoys singing, dancing and debating.

Oshane Townsend is the assistant treasurer. He is very new the BP having been first exposed in 2014. He first debated in a training session recently and that has sparked his interest in the art of debating. He has been actively supporting the debate team. He is a Chemistry major and he enjoys debating.
